HEALTHY SUMMER LOLLIPOP

The summer is in full force and it’s getting rather warm! The best way to combat the heat? With a lollipop in hand.
I first created these lollipops as a way of sneaking a few ingredients that are suburb for skin health into my little boy. They are now a firm favorite. Full of healthy fats and plenty of antioxidants they are wonderful for helping to support the skin from within.
INGREDIENTS
1 avocado or (1 cup frozen avocado)
2 tsp cacao powder
400 ml coconut milk (canned full fat)
1 banana
2 tsp organic honey or maple syrup
METHOD
Blitz in a blender and add to silicone molds with sticks. Freeze overnight and enjoy the sunshine!
